Eligibility:
1. Individual may be active, retired, or recognized posthumously.
2. Must have been involved in pork production for 20+ years.
Selection Criteria:
1. Long-standing contributions to the Nebraska pork industry through leadership, management, education, research, or operational excellence; adoption of progressive pork production practices.
2. Long-standing contributions to NPPA through leadership, committee or Board service, event participation, volunteerism, and member recruitment.
3. History of developing future leaders in the industry.
4. Contributions to community and civic service.
5. Other awards or recognitions related to pork production and agriculture.
6. PQA Plus certification and environmental stewardship record, if applicable.
